What is better in Puerto Rico compared to the states?

No snow, sunny days, year-round summer climate
Fresh native fruit – avocados, bananas, coconuts, mangos, etc.
Iguanas, if you like overgrown lizards
No poisonous snakes on the island
The only tropical rainforest, El Yunque, within the US
Mountains, beaches, and rainforests all within a 2-3 hour drive

Exemption from Obamacare, aka ACA, the UNAffordable Care Act
Far lower property taxes. Some apartments or buildings with a $150,000 valuation might have a $100 annual property tax. Yes, you heard that right! In the states, it would be $1500-6000.
