Most likely their focus is near their headquarters, just as Ralphs are on the East side of PR. To save on distribution costs, it’s perfectly normal and logical for grocery stores and restaurants to be located in geographical clusters.

Porque no. Ponen un mr special en San. Juan para competir con los demás. Súper que siempre tienen los mismos especiales Y no los cambian. Muy a menudo. Y no. Venden tan barato. Como ellos dicen. Si se comparan. Los precios. No hay. Tanta diferencia y lo. Más que se consume tienen. Los mismos precios. Les hace falta competencia.
TRANSLATED INTO ENGLISH:
Why not? They SHOULD put a Mr Special in San. Juan to compete with other STORES. ITS Super that they always have the same specials AND they don’t change them. Very often. And not. They sell so cheap. As they say. If they compare prices, there is not so much difference and what more to be consumed they have the same prices. They lack competition.
