When you are searching to buy a new car or to buy a used car, you will find many cars listed on ClasificadosOnline. However, it is not all as it seems, as not only are there many cars there, there are also many dishonest dealers. We noticed 1 particular used car, that looked strangely familiar.
Posting false and deceptive prices is the sign of a dishonest car dealer. This same dark gray 2013 Honda Accord EXL is posted on ClasificadosOnline.com under 6 different business names and phone numbers. These dealers are conspiring to fool you, by making you think you are comparing 6 different cars when in reality its 1 car deceptively displayed 6 different ways. This Honda Accord is listed by
1 Auto Nation – Wilfredo Rabell, Bayamón, Vega Baja, 787-908-1938
2 Auto Sport PR – Jose Nieves, Bayamon, 787-607-0233
3 EuroGallery – Luis Rosa, Bayamon, 787-234-8931
4 EuroJapón aka Euro Japón, Ave. Cementerio Nacional, Bayamón 00959, 787-251-3095
5 Luxury Auto Group – Jose M. Luiggi, Guaynabo, 787-955-6575
6 PR Auto Cars – Francis Torres, Bayamon, 787-410-4685
for $23,900 to $24,900 but in the fine print, it says that price is AFTER a $2000 down payment. Therefore, the real price is $25,900 to $26,900, which is $2000 more. You should avoid car dealers who dishonestly post false, misleading, and deceptive ads. Why are they listing this same car, disguised by 6 different dealers? Why does DACO allow this to happen? If a dealer lists a car in such a deceptive manner, why not list the car for $10,000 after a $16,900 down payment or list the car for $1,000 after a $25,900 downpayment? It’s dishonest and wrong to be knowingly posting phony prices!
These are not 6 different car dealers. Instead, these are 5 different salespeople working for Euro Japón, operating under misleading business names. These salespeople work out of Euro Japón in Bayamon. We believe that Jose M. Luiggi is the ringleader/boss/owner.
Some of the dishonest salespeople list the mileage as 0 miles on this 2013 Honda Accord. However, Wilfredo Rabell of Auto Nation and Euro Japon list the mileage at 30,000 miles while Luis Rosa of Euro Gallery lists the mileage at 24,000 miles. Since these salespeople and dealers are dishonest about the price, it makes you wonder if they have rolled back the mileage, and what other games they are playing. Nayeli Gomez said in an online review that the salespeople and dealers listed have no ethics. Isaac Maysonet Pacheco says the car broke down and could not get the dealer to fix it in a timely manner. Do you think this group is rolling back the mileage on the cars they are selling? Dealing with the EuroJapon salespeople is like dealing with a den of thieves. You should stay far away from anyone associated with EuroJapon since the owner trains the salespeople in dishonest business practices.
It seems that the commonality is EuroJapon. Wilfredo Rabell, Jose Nieves, Luis Rosa, and Francis Torres, listing the Honda Accord, are all listed as salespeople on Euro Japon’s website. They give Bayamon, Puerto Rico, and car dealers a bad name. Does Euro Japon teach and instruct their salespeople to be dishonest?
Euro Japon lists 7 salespeople on their website. Ave. Cementerio Nacional, Bayamón, PR 00959, 787-251-3095. 4 of the 7 salespeople list the 2013 Honda Accord with the false and deceptive price that is $2000 less than the actual price.
Translation: They do not have professional ethics. They make offers, they leave waiting and not call, not to mention misleading announcements.
Translation: It’s amazing that you buy a car in this place and the first week it breaks. This happened to me in December. Now is February and after 5 times to bring the car with a total of five weeks without my car because every time I took him with the same problem will take a week to “fix” to this day I still walk without car and that the car dis this fixed no act of precensia or any communication. Eye buy here because of fatulo and so absurd is the service are equal their mechanics. And not to forget, for these 5 consecutive weeks I have been with no transportation, no offer or empathy to rent or help with the cost of renting a car. I understand why my salesman resigned the same day after 8 years of service ….
We work hard to improve Puerto Rico, educating hard-working Puerto Ricans, including on buying a car or truck. We want to highlight some of the dishonest practices that car dealers use, that harm consumers. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY to a dishonest car dealer! Working together, with your help, we can avoid the bad dealers, causing them to lose sales, and eventually go out of business. Its better to give your money to an honest car dealer who doesn’t play games. These dishonest car dealers are intentionally playing games with the prices and playing games with consumers. These misleading business practices should be stopped. If they are going to lie about the price, the first thing, what else will they lie about?
Imagine if you go to the grocery store and you see 3 pounds of apples marked on sale for $1, then when you go to the cash register to check out, you are charged $3, because the $1 price is AFTER a $2 deposit. If so, the price should be listed correctly at $3, not falsely listed at $1. That is basically what SOME dishonest car dealers of Puerto Rico are doing in pricing their cars.
